Principal's Message

Welcome to McSweeny Elementary! I am so proud to work with such a passionate and purposefully  driven group of  educators. We are very proud  of our school and the wonderful things that are being planned for this school year. We have high expectations for all of our students and we look forward to watching them grow and flourish.

We  provide a safe and nurturing  environment where  students are challenged to think critically, collaborate and be creative while mastering  Common Core State  Standards. In order to further meet students’ academic needs teacher provide opportunities for students to be involved in enrichment and remediation activities daily.

We value and work diligently to maintain positive relationships with students, parents and each other. I look forward to working with each of you and your children. Please remember that my door is always open.
